Library Survey Highlights 2026

The Library User Survey 2026, which ran from 9 March to 10 April 2026, was conducted with the purpose of collecting users’ feedback on our services, resources and facilities as well as their suggestions for improvements. We are pleased to have received an encouragingly high number – 785 in all – of responses, which offer valuable comments and insights that would help shape the library’s future developments.
A luck draw, into which all survey participants were entered, took place on 22 April 2026 after the completion of this exercise. Fabulous gifts generously donated by publishers and vendors were given to the winners at the Prize Presentation Ceremony which was held on the same day at the Learning Commons.
