Regular and frequent updates on the events, services, resources and facilities of the Library will be uploaded to its social media platforms to keep users informed of the activities and developments.
Users are most welcome to post their comments on library social media platforms. However, the Library is not responsible for the veracity and validity of these comments and reserves the right to remove any comment if, in our judgment, it appears to be threatening, discriminatory, harassing, unlawful, or otherwise irrelevant to library events, services, resources and facilities.
Spamming on the social media is common. Users of our platforms are urged to judge for themselves the credibility, reliability and accuracy of the content of the posts.
The Library is committed to protecting user privacy. Users will not be required to provide any unnecessary personal information. If there are special cases where the disclosure of personal data is deemed essential, the Library will try to work out appropriate arrangements with the individual users concerned.
